???? Documents to prepare:
☐ Driver's license (valid for at least 2 years)
☐ ID (card or passport)
☐ Proof of address (optional)
☐ Payment of the €720 security deposit (instant bank transfer)

???? Before the rental date:
☐ Cancellations cannot be accepted within the last 7 days before the delivery date
☐ Check the contract received by email
☐ Ask the rental company any questions you may have if necessary

???? On the delivery date:
☐ Be at the meeting point at the agreed time
☐ Carry out the inventory of fixtures with the rental company (exterior, interior, accessories)
☐ Sign the contract on site
☐ Collect a copy of the signed contract or have a signed copy made before your arrival

✅ During Rental:
☐ Obey the Highway Code
☐ Take care of the vehicle as if it were your own
☐ Notify the rental company in case of any problems or unforeseen circumstances

???? Upon return:
☐ Return the vehicle on the scheduled date and time
☐ Conduct a return inspection with the rental company
☐ Receive the deposit refund
