Boosts, Stripe checkout, wallet credits, and invoices
Boost packages can be purchased directly through Stripe when a listing is eligible. Wallet credits and promo codes are a separate mechanism.

Boost purchases
A boost package can be restricted by listing category or section. The checkout checks these constraints before opening Stripe.
- The listing must be published and approved.
- An already boosted listing cannot buy an overlapping boost immediately.
- Business boost pages should filter packages to the currently relevant business section.
Wallet and invoices
Promo redemptions and included credits can feed a wallet, while invoices and successful orders remain tied to the Stripe billing history.
- Boost wallet credits are not required to buy a boost through Stripe.
- The billing portal becomes useful after the first successful Stripe checkout.
- Business and private billing histories stay separated through the account context.
